Warm red and orange colours were selected for the interior to reflect the red brick and heritage colour schemes of the market, and the painted teal trusses in the dairy hall inspired the blue hues and shop lighting. The use of a gorgeous patterned linen curtain – designed by talented young artist and friend of Market Lane, Julia Stewart – was informed by Victorian upholstery fabrics.
