There is a little strip of shops on Derby St in Collingwood that is bustling with activity – coffee shops, pubs and retail spaces packed with locals and office workers. Jac&’s 43 Derby St has joined the chorus – a flexible co-working space housed in an old Victorian store-front.
The open plan meeting, break-out and function space faces the street and is sparse in its design, offering minimal furniture and joinery in order to accommodate as many different programs as possible.
Upstairs working areas utilise desking and joinery solutions to allow for a range of inhabitation.
